Refund policy

We are a small online store, ELLADA - WINES FROM GREECE and we work for the
satisfaction of each customer, but even if we cannot meet their requirements, we can accept products in their original packaging, which can be resold.

The customer must bring the product to the store or pay the return/transportation costs to the store for a full refund or replacement.

We are resellers. If the customer has any problem with the product, each package is
accompanied by details on how to contact the manufacturer or we can provide the contact
phone number of each product or other way to contact them, upon request, hoping that this will solve the problem.

In case the product is defective we must have evidence of the defect reported.

At present, we do not sell products with controlled temperature for delivery.
