Shipping Information

Shop online from our collection of over 100 wines and spirits, and have your order delivered 7 days a week. With a huge range of delivery options, it’s never been easier to enjoy your favourite Greek wines.

Delivery Options:

• Standard Delivery (2-7 Days):

  • FREE on all orders over £99.

  • £7.95 on all orders under £99.

• Next Day or Nominated Day Delivery:

  • FREE on all orders over £200.

• Same Day Delivery (Edinburgh Only):

  • Order by 12pm for same-day delivery within Edinburgh.

How it Works: Orders are delivered by our trusted courier partner. Once your order is dispatched, our partner will send you full tracking information so you can follow your delivery. Please note that larger orders may occasionally be split into two separate deliveries.

Special Instructions: Let us know if you have any special instructions to help us find your home, or if you’d like us to leave your wine in a designated safe place.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Centre at Hello@elladawinesfromgreece.co.uk.

• Changed Your Mind? No problem. If you’d like to return your unopened bottles, we can help you with that and even assist you in picking a new wine.

• Event Orders: If you are placing a large order for an event, we offer a free "sale and return" service, allowing you to bring back any unopened bottles.

Please Note:

• Out of Stock Items: If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to recommend a similar wine of the same or higher value, with no extra charge to you.

• Adverse Weather: During periods of adverse weather, Ellada may not be able to guarantee delivery within the specified timeframes. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery Exemptions:

• UK Mainland: We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. However, deliveries to some remote postcodes may take up to 15 days. Please see the list below for details.

• International Delivery: Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK (including the Channel Isles and Jersey) at this time.
